For Dog Lovers and Viggo Fans — Just Because…
I’m working my butt off today and I look to my left and I see this? That’s Viggo. He just turned 6-months old on March 12. How could I not share this with my dog-loving friends?
Viggo to Kevin: “Keep life simple and enjoy these moments.”
At 8-weeks old Viggo barely weighed at 18 pounds. Four months later he’s pushing 65 pounds. Here he is on the day I picked him up:
The photo to the right was Viggo’s first car ride. He came from a Leonberger litter of thirteen (seven females and six males). He’s quite the catch, eh?
Background because you’re asking:
The Leonberger is a giant dog breed. The breed’s name derives from the city of Leonberg in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. According to legend, the Leonberger was ostensibly bred as a ‘symbolic dog’ that would mimic the lion in the town crest.
“Meow” means “woof” in cat.”
