Kevin was instrumental with helping me build LexBlog's human captial vision and strategy. He is a fearless go-getter, always on the move, but available for questions and ideas. He often asks for feedback from his team to ensure everyone has a say as well which I really admire. He sets the direction while providing the tools and roadmap to get there.
